Greater Baton Rouge Real Estate Sales for April 2023 - parish level detail

As a follow-up to my earlier post talking about April 2023 real estate sales in the Greater Baton Rouge area, I've put together some additional detail on these real estate transactions at the parish level.

East Baton Rouge Parish is the largest real estate market by a substantial margin, accounting for almost 50% of all sales in our 8 parish region. Livingston & Ascension parishes continue their torrid growth patterns which show no signs of abating. Both of these parishes are currently having very lively discussions regarding their current & future infrastructure (roads, schools, drainage systems, etc.) and how they can best continue to support this growth.
